The Job

As Digital Marketing Manager in Taiwan, you will plan, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across digital channels for Believe’s local brand and key artists.

·       Plan scalable ad-purchase campaigns, including but not limited to Spotify Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Ads via relevant local channels, to enhance the presence of Believe key partners in the Taiwan market.

·       Point of execution and collaboration with local vendor and external marketing partners

·       Measure, report and optimize the organic and paid performance of digital marketing campaigns based constructive data insights.

·       Lead DSP playlist strategy and conversion tests

·       Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, provide perspective and relevant adoption.


·       2+ years of track experience in digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment space, with demonstratable understanding of engagement, retention, and analytics

·       Experience of developing and managing campaigns and cross-functional projects, organic and paid

·       Working knowledge of digital Ad tools and platforms

·       Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data

·       Professional fluency in English and Chinese

·       Strong passion for various genres of music
