The Job

The Project Manager will be reporting to the Sales Ops manager within the Believe’s TOP (Tech Operations Product) department. Her/his scope of work will include “Customer Account Management” as well as “Legal & Rights Ops”. She/he will address three types of projects: 

1. Deploying TOP Products Go-to-Market strategies:

  • Gather insights from Sales team to make recommendations and support Product Managers in their Go-to-Market strategies 

  • Actively take part in rolling-out TOP Product Go-to-Market strategy: prepare training materials, communication  

  • Conduct TOP Product hypercare phase  

  • Report on TOP Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.) 

2. Working on continuous improvement  

  • Develop relationships and work with sales, TOP teams and other stakeholders to identify process & products optimization opportunities 

  • Prepare & present improvement business case to the Head of TOP departments 

  • Project manage timely implementation 

3. Taking part in fostering knowledge management & innovation 

  • Maintain an innovation pipeline on products and technologies  

  • Work hand in hand with the Knowledge Management & Innovation leaders to prepare innovation business case 

Depending on the project phase, She/he will be responsible to prepare the following materials (non-exhaustive list): 

  • Business case and arbitration supports for C-level members to fuel TOP roadmap prioritization discussions

  • TOP Product Go-to-Market strategies 

  • Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis) 

  • PMO documentation 

  • Change management materials (communication or training supports) 

  • Communication to sales team for each business lines (premium & automated solutions)


The ideal candidate will be/ have: 

  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering 

  • Work experience +6 years 

  • Previous experience in a management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or Media company would be appreciated 

  • Previous experience in Change management (act a facilitator on a day-to-day basis) 

  • Previous experience of studying abroad or working in an international environment 

The candidate will need to show: 

  • Strong skills on PowerPoint & Excel 

  • Fluency in English mandatory 

  • Curiosity for the Tech & Media industries 

  • JIRA Skills appreciated 

  • Salesforce skills appreciated
