As a Artist Distribution Relations – Associate Manager you will support the team in a constantly technological, strategical and mutating environment with changing processes and policies.

Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and client’s needs, a solid customer success strategy, and an in-depth thinking of the music market you will be able to, achieve revenue objectives and manage a portfolio of artists. You will directly report into Artist Distribution Relations – Senior Leader.

Your Role & Missions

Your role is to :

(1) ensure contract renewal for our existing accounts

(2) ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and success

We expect you to be the contact point of client and to :

  • Deliver flawless service, and ensure cross-functional collaboration of teams, especially in terms :
    • Operational support (liaising with customer support teams for LM, or handling some issues for ARM)
    • Marketing optimization (with Editorial and Marketing Partnership teams)
  • Proactively provide best strategic support (proposing go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc)
  • Carefully focus your time and efforts on qualified customers, by monitoring closely your accounts’ performance
  • Upsell services which meet artist and/or label needs and potential
  • Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue and gross margin
  • Be responsible for renewal of contracts

Graduate and above

Additional Information
