- Manage a portfolio of Artists & labels in-line with Believe customer satisfaction KPIs
- Use all believe programs, tools & services to grow your artists and contribute to their success
- Retain your clients through regular Business reviews proving Believe value & services
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Editorial & Marketing partnerships & with the Video Audience development Services teams to optimize flawless execution
- Ensure quick and effective collaboration with central operations teams
- Escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement
- Develop continuous expertise on the job through Believe regular trainings & e-learnings
· Deep knowledge of the indie artists landscape (mainly Rap Artists)
· Passionate about technology, data and artists & label development
· Marketing (ideally digital marketing) skills & experience
· Arabic, French & English
· Self-motivated & disciplined through remote- working
· Extremely Reactive with high & positive communication skills
