Main Missions

  • Create efficiency within Artist success management team and at the same time, leverage data analytics/ innovation & technology and team in growing revenue for artists and able to develop them to become larger artists in the future.
  • Lead a team of Account Managers, able to leverage strength of individuals to drive team success
  • Ensure contract renewal for our existing accounts & able to constantly articulate key terms to ensure alignment of the contract between Believe and artists along the contract period.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and success


Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a high-volume portfolio of strategic clients and define with your Manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution.  As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible for:

1)      Delivering flawless service, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams:

a.       Operational support (within internal team)

b.       Marketing optimization (with our team of experts from Video Channel and Editorial & Marketing Partnership)

2)      Proactively providing the best strategic support (quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc.)  with the use of digital distribution knowledge

3)      Fully comprehending the client needs and identify potential services to upsell by leveraging on internal team’s expertise

4)      Leading complex discussions and resolves issues to achieve win-win situation

5)      Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue and gross margin through analyzing data from internal dashboards/CRM and continuously monitoring client’s performance

6)      Identifying and plan pipeline for potential artists to next tier of service

7)      Leading, developing, and evaluating team member’s performance


  • Understanding of the music ecosystem (if no prior background in the music industry, required to adapt quickly)

  • Analytical and data-driven, able to understand how technology/innovation works and able to apply it to build artist’s revenue/success

  • Performance-driven

  • Active listener, relationship building

  • Min 3 years of high volume account management, & people management and in similar capacity

  • Prior experience in music industry, but not a must
