The Job

Sous la supervision du Responsable Merchandising, vous assurerez l’ensemble des achats et le suivi de fabrication de l’ensemble des gammes de produits dérivés (Textile / Accessoires) destinés à la vente au sein des E-shops Artistes (sites d’e-commerce) ainsi que dans le cadre de leurs tournées. Force de proposition avec le Chef de projet E-commerce/marketing concernant la création des gammes de produits, le chef de produit entretient des relations étroites avec l’ensemble des fournisseurs partenaires, assure le suivi logistique (livraison, niveau de stocks) avec notre partenaire Média Industry en accord avec les plannings de sortie et d’opérations spéciales des artistes du Label. 

Plus précisément, vous devez :  

  • Animer et/ ou assister aux réunions & RDV Label/producteurs/artistes pour prise de Briefs collections 

  • Réaliser des briefs graphiques auprès des graphistes interne ou externe pour développement des gammes 

  • Envoyer des présentations de gammes produits aux Chefs de projet Labels / Producteurs / Artistes pour validation ou révision de l’offre 

  • Suivre les développements de prototypes pour validation Label / Producteur / Artiste 

  • Suivre la fabrication / gestion des entrées en stock et livraison des produits en accord avec plannings de sorties 

  • Suivre les paiements fournisseurs 

  • Contrôler la qualité des produits fabriqués et livrés  

  • Coordonner et suivre les livraisons/réapprovisionnements produits pour E-commerce, tournée et retail 

  • Être force de proposition et veille active produits « innovants & tendance » pour la création des collections (Textile / Accessoires) 

  • Assister l’équipe SAV e-shop sur les cas les plus complexes

  • Coordonner la réalisation des photos produits pour le site e-commerce  

Qualifications

Diplômé Bac+ 2/4, vous êtes passionné par la musique et avez une bonne connaissance des acteurs et des enjeux de la musique.

Vous avez acquis une première expérience solide dans le suivi de fabrication, le gestion des approvisionnements, la coordination logistique ainsi que le développement produits à destination des artistes.

Vous avez un très bon sens de l’organisation, une grande rigueur, aimez la polyvalence, et la réactivité.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils informatiques : notamment  Excel et Powerpoint.

Vous avez des bases sur Adobe Illustrator et Adobe Photoshop

Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant vous permettant d’évoluer dans un contexte international.

Artist Relations Manager, Pop/Alt. Pop

The Job

In Believe’s Artist Relations (Distribution) team you will be working closely with the Head of Artist Relations and be responsible for developing, growing, and managing a roster of Artist projects with a focus on distribution, release, and streaming strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Artist Relations and Head of Label & Artist Solutions in Believe UK’s Distribution Services team and work directly with Believe’s internal UK distribution and wider internal teams across Artist Scouting, Streaming Marketing, Analytics, Video, and Sync as well as interaction with TuneCore and our Artist Services’ Marketing, International, A&R, Digital Marketing departments.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day account management of a growing roster of UK artists focused, but not limited to Pop/Alternative-Pop genres.
  • Onboard and train clients to use Believe’s own tech solutions for distribution and marketing.

The Job

Our mission is to provide the best distribution services for independent labels and artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.  

Working with our local content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on music content.

Digital Retail Associate – Music Licensing & Partnerships (H/F)

Based out of our Luxembourg office, you will be working within our Digital Retail team to help co-ordinate license agreements with our Digital Music Services, and to partner manage the implementation and maintenance of the stores with internal stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Data teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Centralise and assess new music licensing requests from Digital Music Services (DMS), in line with team’s internal procedures. Provide recommendations to internal stakeholders by following Digital Retail’s DMS network optimisation strategy.
  • Assist with the music licensing deal-making across our DMS network, including renewals and other deal changes with the existing ones, with the aim of securing commercial terms adapted to our group’s specific business strategies at the global and/or local level.
  • Work in collaboration with the legal team on securing the execution of the music licensing agreements with DMS, within the required time frames.
  • Cross-collaborate with various teams at Believe for the proper implementation and maintenance of the DMS licensing agreements. Help defining processes to increase efficiencies on maintenance of DMS.
  • Contribute to maximisation of our relationships with our key DMS partners, by attending regular meetings, drawing action points, and helping to implement further partnership opportunities.
  • Participate in structured recurrent meetings with the local Believe business units, to address any specific partnership topics related to DMS in our network.
  • Provide support for various Digital Retail-specific analyses, by leveraging relevant data from multiple internal sources, such as business intelligence, finance, supply chain, marketing etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a digital-related entertainment industry – e.g. music, social, gaming, multimedia etc.
  • Experience in dealing with licensing agreements is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the music industry ecosystem and its associated technologies, trends, policies and best practices.
  • Excellent people and communication skills at all levels.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive and collaborative with a ‘can do’ attitude, providing solutions to any problem.

Booker (H/F)

The Job

Rattaché au Responsable du Booking, le Booker aura principalement les missions suivantes :

  • Contribuer à améliorer les outils et process les plus performants pour le booking
  • Imaginer et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de tournées (planning, cibles prioritaires, prix) avec les artistes et leur management
  • Définir les orientations artistiques des spectacles
  • Monter les tournées : prospecter, négocier, finaliser les différents contrats auprès des programmateurs, diffuseurs, salles de concert
  • Coordonner, piloter globalement le projet et transmettre les informations en interne et en externe
  • Assurer le relationnel au quotidien avec l’entourage de l’artiste
  • Suivre les budgets des tournées avec l’équipe de production
  • Rechercher de nouveaux artistes pour enrichir le roster

Qualifications

Vous avez un excellent réseau de programmateurs (salles et festivals) et de diffuseurs dans le domaine des musiques actuelles, avec de préférence une expérience dans les musiques urbaines.

 Les budgets de production, coproduction  n’ont plus de secret pour vous!

 Vous êtres organisé et très à l’aise avec le pack office (Excel notamment).

 Votre niveau d’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral vous permet de travailler avec des artistes ou des promoteurs étrangers.

GLOBAL CUSTOMER CARE LEADER – Artist Services & Development

The Job

Believe est à la recherche d’un/e « Global Community Leader of Release & Support » au sein des équipes : Artist Services & Development (AS). 

 Intégré(e) au département Artist Success et basé à Paris, vous aurez 2 missions principales :  

Accompagner et diriger une équipe de support international spécialisée dédiée aux meilleurs artistes du monde, en améliorant leur expérience client avec Believe.

Vous serez le point de contact central de l’équipe ASD pour les opérations de diffusion audio et vidéo ainsi que pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels liés au contenu artistique, au paiement des redevances, aux rapports et à la gestion des droits d’auteur. 

Ces missions se découpe de la manière suivante :  

Suivre, analyser et développer notre performance R&S, et s’assurer qu’ils contribuent à notre stratégie commerciale Artist Services  

  • Participer à construire la bonne organisation et son adaptation locale, Développer notre stratégie de support client international et local 

  • Mesurer la satisfaction client et d’autres KPIs pertinents grâce à la prise en charge des demandes, la communication avec les clients, les solutions apportées et les SLAs. 

  • Collaborer à l’enrichissement de nos bases de données interne et externe, en rédigeant des articles et en identifiant de nouveaux sujets pertinents (process, connaissances métiers, outils), dans le but d’améliorer l’autonomie de l’équipe Support ASD. 

Définir les processus et outils nécessaires à un support client de qualité 

  • Auditer, analyser et optimiser/construire les outils à destination de nos clients et développer des recommandations d’amélioration   

  • Auditer, analyser et optimiser/construire les processus support client internes en place et développer des recommandations d’amélioration   

  • Comprendre les spécificités locales et déployer les adaptations locales nécessaires   

Coordonner le déploiement des processus Support client et outils à travers toute l’organisation 

  • Concevoir les plans de déploiement de produits support client s’assurer de l’adoption complète par nos clients, équipes support et équipes commerciales   

  • Suivre, coordonner et prioriser les projets impliquant des équipes tierces (Supply Chain, Rights Ops, Finance Ops)  

  • Être le point de contact central de l’équipe AS pour les opérations de diffusion (audio et vidéo) et pour la résolution des problèmes opérationnels sur le contenu artistique, le paiement des redevances, les rapports, la gestion des droits d’auteur. 

  • Participer à toutes les initiatives de développement produit impactant nos clients et remonter les besoins clients. 

  • Assurer la formation et l’intégration de nos artistes sur nos outils Clients développés en interne. 

Gestion d’équipes 

  • Définir les Indicateurs de performance des processus de support et contrôler la performance en lien avec notre Team Manager  

  • S’assurer que les demandes de l’équipe sont traitées dans le respect des SLAs et avec une excellente communication. 

  • Gérer les escalades client.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans les opérations de service à la clientèle. Une expérience de management à l’internationale sera appréciée 

  • Expérience avec des systèmes de service client tels que Zendesk, Salesforce ou autres 

  • Analyse des tendances du marché 

  • Excel niveau intermédiaire, rapports, etc. (essentiel)  

  • Démontre une compréhension approfondie des KPI’s service client 

  • Capacité à définir et à communiquer les normes et les attentes du service client à toutes les parties prenantes  

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français
