Junior Sales Performance Analyst (H/F)

The Job

You will be working directly with the Sales Performance team manager, under the Central Direction “Business Operations & Strategy” operationg for our Solutions for Label & Artists.

Based on your analytic skills and your knowledge about Business Intelligence tools, your daily work will consist of supporting the team in its missions:

1. Design & build sales performance dashboards, that will be used by all our sales forces across the world (50+ countries) :

  • Understand Dashboard ground needs in terms of data visualization and functionalities
  • Formalize specifications
  • Define access, rules and process

Qualifications

Required Skills:

DATA STEWARD (H/F)

Contexte Data:

Believe a démarré la construction de sa plateforme Data afin de structurer ses usages Data. Cette plateforme Cloud (AWS) s’appuie sur un jeu de solution issues de l’état de l’art en Big Data telles que SnowFlakes, Databricks ainsi que d’autres restant à définir.

Responsabilités:

Au sein de l’équipe Data Management et sous la responsabilité de son team leader, le Data Steward est le garant de l’amélioration de notre patrimoine Data. Ainsi, vous participez à la construction de la Data plateforme de demain pour aider à la prise de décisions des 1200 collaborateurs de Believe tout autour du globe (55 Pays en forte croissance) et améliorer la compétitivité de l’entreprise.

Nous compterons sur vous pour :

Participer à la définition des processus de Data Gouvernance

  • Travailler sur la construction de Contrats de données et policies
  • Tenir à jour la cartographie des données (source, traitement, destination, objectif métier) et vous assurer du respect des règles définies,

Accompagner les métiers et l’IT dans la transformation Data

  • Effectuer un diagnostic sur le patrimoine des données (valeur, qualité)
  • Animer des ateliers avec les interlocuteurs métiers et détailler les cas d’usage d’exploitation de la donnée 

Valoriser notre patrimoine Data Contrôle de qualité / pertinence et détection des anomalies

  • En contribuant et en automatisant le nettoyage des données et les contrôles qualités.
  • En créant les reportings, KPI, rapports d’usage de la data.
  • En s’assurant du bon fonctionnement quotidien des processus data grâce aux indicateurs de suivi implémentés en collaboration avec les autres équipes IT

Business Analyst – Sales & Marketing H/F

The Job

En tant que Sales & Marketing Business Manager, votre mission globale est de maximiser la performance commerciale de la BU France en produisant analyses, stratégies de déploiement et appui aux équipes commerciales. 

Vous appuyant sur votre parfaite connaissance de nos produits, offres, chaine de valeur et process, vous vous assurez que les process groupe sont appliqués localement et vous partagez régulièrement du feedback et des propositions d’amélioration ou d’adaptation au marché local. 

Rattaché(e) à la directrice Sales & Marketing France et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Marketing et Data Centrales, vos principales missions sont les suivantes : 

 

Analytics, stratégie et business performance (60%) 

  • Analyses de marché 

  • En collaboration avec les équipes centrales, conduire des études de marché et analyses de la concurrence (services, offres, pricing, brands positioning, organisations commerciales…) 

  • Analyser la performance locale des offres (pricing/positioning, …) 

  • Performance commerciale et marketing 

  • En collaboration avec les équipes centrales (business perf & marketing), mettre en place et monitorer les KPIs et le reporting permettant de suivre la performance commerciale (pipeline monitoring, signatures, renouvellement de contrats…), le ROI des opérations marketing, etc. ; sur Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel 

  • En étroite collaboration avec les managers commerciaux, réalisation des projections financières liées à la renégociation/ au renouvellement d’un contrat  

  • Assurer un support dans la production des revues commerciales, préparation des business reviews client, etc. 

  • Réaliser des analyses ad-hoc (ex: impact d’un nouveau produit sur le revenu généré, par typologie d’artiste)

Sales operations & enablement (40%) 

  • Contribuer à l’élaboration, déployer et ajuster les processus commerciaux designés en central pour assurer l’efficacité commerciale et la satisfaction client  

  • Identifier et déployer des pistes d’amélioration de la productivité commerciale et de la satisfaction clients (lead generation, upsell…) 

  • S’assurer que les équipes en lien avec les artistes (directeurs artistiques, talent scouts, project & label managers, digital marketing managers, …) adoptent parfaitement les outils commerciaux et marketing mis à leur disposition : fichiers de projection des revenus, CRM (Salesforce), dashboards PowerBI , informations et outils marketing et digital retail, etc. ; en organisant des sessions de formation/démo dédiées 

  • Réaliser des benchmarks de nos concurrents et contribuer à l’élaboration de documents synthétisant nos Unique Selling Points (USPs) 

  • S’assurer que les pitches commerciaux locaux (new business & business reviews) sont à jour de nos USPs et dernières innovations, précises sur les forces et faiblesses de nos concurrents, etc.  

  • Contribuer à améliorer nos processus commerciaux et à synthétiser des feedbacks auprès des équipes Sales et Data 

Qualifications

  • Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénierie 

  • Min 3-5 ans d’expérience en conseil / business intelligence / sales strategy & operations / gestion de projet transverse 

  • Aptitudes analytiques ; rigueur ; curiosité

  • Maîtrise opérationnelle d’Excel (capacité à traiter des bases de données volumineuses, tableaux croisés dynamiques, modélisation, …) 

  • Anglais écrit et oral

  • Connaissance PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL sont des plus

Senior Data Analyst

The Job

TuneCore is seeking a qualified Senior Data Analyst to provide impactful analysis and high quality reporting to stakeholders across our organization. The candidate must be experienced in building customer LTV models, calculating CAC and providing in-depth funnel analysis. Prior experience in developing machine learning models and fraud analytics is highly desired but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. They will have a highly collaborative attitude and be comfortable with working in a cross-functional capacity to support internal departments that include Marketing, Product, Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities:

The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Audit and maintain existing reports and make recommendations for any improvements that will aid in more insightful decision-making for stakeholders.

  • Create QoS standards and protocols to validate and own accuracy of all deliverables from the Data Analytics team.

  • Work closely with the BI Analyst for the refactor and migration of legacy cadence reports into Tableau.

  • Work closely with the Data Engineer to ensure that the data warehouse is updated with the most accurate data to support analytics and reporting.  

  • Liaise between multiple teams and departments to develop reports relating to marketing, finance, product performance and consumer behavior across all products.
