Everything is set: after completing the application process, interviews, and administrative formalities, your 1st day at Believe as an intern or apprentice is just around the corner.
But what exactly happens on the 1st day at a company? What should you prepare in advance? And… what should you wear?
- You don’t need to bring any special equipment; Believe will provide everything you need: a computer, pens, notebooks, etc.
- Dress professionally but be yourself. We are a music company, so you can come in a T-shirt and jeans.
- On the big day, meet at reception at the time arranged with your manager.
- Tour of the premises: discover where your desk and common areas are located.
- Collect your computer and badge.
- Get familiar with your Outlook environment and how it works. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions; it’s normal to have uncertainties at the start of a career!
- Stop by the Facilities team to collect your welcome pack 🙂
- Meet your team members and colleagues from other teams.
During your first weeks at Believe:
- Introduction to Believe and its roles by the HR team.
- Presentation meeting about the administrative tools: leave requests, payroll, working hours, etc., to fully understand the various platforms in place.
- Meet the Believe Campus team responsible for managing the community of interns and apprentices at Believe. Events, mentoring, support—they are also there to be your support and point of contact throughout your mission.
We hope we have answered all your questions regarding your arrival at Believe. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to the Talent Acquisition Specialist who was in contact with you during your recruitment process.
We will be delighted to prepare for your arrival and look forward to welcoming you to Believe!
See you soon 😉,
The Talent Acquisition Team
