  • Access to a digital mental health support platform<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Believers benefit from access to\u202fCaring by Eutelmed, a multilingual digital platform dedicated to mental health and well-being. 
    This solution offers confidential, simple and accessible support tailored to individual needs, such as consultations with psychologists and self-assessment and advices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Well-being-focused\u00a0webinars<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Regular sessions covering key topics such as mindfulness, mental health, yoga, sophrology, day-to-day balance, and the impact of music on mood, led by expert speakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Wellness\u00a0Capsules\u00a0led\u00a0by\u00a0Believers<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        During our health and well-being month, <\/s>short wellness sessions are created and facilitated by Believe employees around the world. 
        These formats encourage simple, realistic routines that are easy to integrate into the working day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Training and empowerment: the Mental Health Academy<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<\/strong>a<\/strong>rtist-facing professionals<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Believe also invests in prevention and training through the Mental Health Academy, designed for artist-facing teams working closely with artists. 
          The platform on-line and in-presence training program helps foster healthy professional relationships and better navigate demanding work environments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Believe also listen to employees\u2019 voice\u00a0monitoring\u00a0their level of satisfaction in terms of wellbeing, stress,\u00a0workload\u00a0and relationships with their managers. The regular people\u00a0engagement\u00a0survey\u00a0help\u00a0to better understand local situations and implement actions to support our teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
