Coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch and promote new projects effectively.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><b>Budget Management:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span>Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives while monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><b>Brand Partnerships &amp; Sponsorships:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span>Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and media outlets to expand marketing opportunities and enhance the visibility of our artists and projects.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span><b>Data &amp; Analytics:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span>Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends to measure success, optimize strategies, and ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div><div  class=\"offer-block block-qualification\">\r\n    <div class=\"content\">\r\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing successful campaigns for artists, albums, or brands.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, content strategies and artist development plans to drive fan engagement and new audience reach<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong project management skills with the ability to line manage<\/p><\/li><li><p>Excellent understanding of digital advertising and paid media<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong network within the music and entertainment industry is an advantage.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music landscape.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Strong knowledge of social media and online promotion strategies<\/p><\/li><li><p>Understanding and working experience with advertising and analytical instruments on each social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Data-driven &amp; results oriented: the ability to analyse and use data to optimise development<\/p><\/li><li><p>Structured, organised, with the ability to follow process and monitor budgets<\/p><\/li><li><p>Knowledgeable of market trends, music industry developments, digital innovations, digital marketing tools<\/p><\/li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/p><\/li><li><p>Highly motivated and organised with excellent time management skills<\/p><\/li><li><p>A team player with a
