The Artist Services Business Controlling team is looking for a new Senior Business Controller. This
\nteam is part of Central Finance focusing on the AS Business Line and covering all geographies.
\nAS Business Line is a key driver of Believe&#39;s growth, dedicated to supporting independent artists
\nacross all music genres. By leveraging a diverse artist roster, local expertise, and global reach, AS
\nempowers artists to connect with local audiences while aiming for international success, fostering their
\ndevelopment and sustainable, long-term achievement. In this context, the AS Controlling team acts as
\na key Finance Business Partner, supporting performance monitoring, strategic decision-making, and
\nthe continuous optimization of the business model.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our AS Business Controlling team of 3 people.
\nWorking within a PE-backed company, you will operate in a dynamic international environment where
\nyou will support the Head of Artist Service Controlling in financial closing and analysis. This role
\ninvolves extensive cross-functional and global collaboration with central and local sales teams,
\nalongside the use and improvement of digital tools for automation, insights, and enhanced decision-
\nmaking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n


\nKey Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n


\nA. Financial Controlling:
\n– Perform monthly closing tasks related to business topics on P&amp;L and Balance Sheet
\n– Support the analytical review, monthly, from Revenue to EBITDA, including working capital
\nand ROCE analysis, to ensure that actuals are properly reflecting the business
\n– Play a key role in driving automation, process rationalization, and efficiency improvements
\nacross all closing activities, by collaborating with other teams (LAS Controlling, HR &amp; OPEX,
\nMethods &amp; Referentials\u2026)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

B. Business partnering:
\n– Support the business in its monitoring and transformation, in close collaboration with AS
\nCentral Sales team
\n– Contribute to the design of a structured analytical framework to monitor AS performance and
\ndrive strategic decisions.
\n– Support initiatives to optimize business line working capital, cash flow, and capital allocation
\n– Act as a business partner with local sales and finance teams<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

C. Support &amp; animate Budget &amp; Forecast process for AS Business Line:
\n– Set the framework to ensure, with Central Sales team, that budget exercise enables us to
\ntrack the proper execution of the strategy and \/ or Group BP
\n– Oversee integrity of budgeting tools and collaborate with Methods &amp; Referentials and Project
\nteams for tools enhancement (continuous improvement of the EPM)
\n– Support local teams \/ business teams during budget process, challenge their projections to
\nensure we meet financial objectives<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>

Qualifications<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Qualifications and required Skills:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
\n– 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Business Finance, Audit \/ TS or
\nsimilar role
\n– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\/Google Sheet and PowerPoint\/Google Slides
\n– Hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerQuery\/AppScript and Generative AI tools is highly
\npreferred
\n– Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
\n– Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
\n– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\n– Working proficiency in English and French is essential
\n– Team spirit and ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
