The LAS Business Controlling team is looking for a new Senior Business Controller. This team is part
\nof Central Finance focusing on the LAS Business Line and covering all geographies.
\nLabel &amp; Artist Solutions (LAS) Business Line is a strategic pillar of Believe\u2019s growth, providing tailored
\ndistribution, marketing, and development solutions to labels and artists worldwide. By combining local
\nexpertise with global scale and advanced digital capabilities, LAS supports partners at every stage of
\ntheir development, driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation. In this context, the LAS
\nControlling team acts as a key Finance Business Partner, supporting performance monitoring,
\nstrategic decision-making, and the continuous optimization of the business model.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Role Summary:<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our LAS Business Controlling team of 3
\npersons. Working within a PE-backed company, you will operate in a dynamic international
\nenvironment where you will support the Head of Label &amp; Artist Solutions Controlling in financial
\nclosing and analysis. This role involves extensive cross-functional and global collaboration with
\ncentral and local sales teams, alongside the use and improvement of digital tools for automation,
\ninsights, and enhanced decision-making.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A. Financial Controlling
\n– Perform monthly closing tasks related to business topics (Accruals on royalties, risks on
\nadvances\u2026), on P&amp;L and Balance sheet
\n– Support the analytical review, monthly, from Revenue to EBITDA, including working capital
\nand ROCE analysis, to ensure that actuals are properly reflecting the business
\n– Play a key role in driving automation, process rationalization, and efficiency improvements
\nacross all closing activities, by collaborating with other teams (AS Controlling, Methods &amp;
\nReferentials\u2026)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

B. Business partnering :
\n– Support the business in its monitoring and transformation, in close collaboration with LAS
\nCentral Sales team:
\n– Contribute to the design of a structured analytical framework to monitor LAS performance and
\ndrive strategic decisions.
\n– Support initiatives to optimize business line working capital, cash flow, and capital allocation
\n– Act a business partner with local sales and finance teams<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

C. Support &amp; animate Budget &amp; Forecast process for LAS Business Line :
\n– Set the framework to ensure, with Central Sales team, that budget exercise enables us to
\ntrack the proper execution of the strategy and \/ or Group BP<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

– Oversee integrity of budgeting tools and collaborate with Methods &amp; Referentials and Project
\nteams for tools enhancement (continuous improvement of the EPM).
\n– Support local teams \/ business teams during budget process, challenge their projections to
\nensure we meet financial objectives<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>

Qualifications<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Qualifications and required Skills:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
\n– 5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Business Finance, Audit \/ TS or
\nsimilar role.
\n– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\/Google Sheet and PowerPoint\/Slides
\n– Hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerQuery\/AppScript and Generative AI tools is highly
\npreferred.
\n– Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
\n– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
\n– Working proficiency in English and French is essential.
\n– Proactive contributor to the ongoing evolution of the finance function.
\n– Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to work across departments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
