The<\/strong> Job<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Reporting to the IS Finance Integration Manager, you will be responsible for deploying\u00a0 Information System (IS) tools across the Group\u2019s newly acquired subsidiaries. These\u00a0 integrations are international in scope and primarily focus on the Sage X3 ERP and its\u00a0 Finance module.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Your Missions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Gap Analysis:<\/strong> Perform gap analysis between the Group\u2019s Sage X3 Finance Core\u00a0 Model and the local processes of the subsidiary being integrated.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Requirement Challenging:<\/strong> Review and challenge business needs to draft functional\u00a0 specifications, prioritizing a “Standard First” approach.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Technical Documentation: <\/strong>Write functional specifications (legal adaptations, API\u00a0 interfaces) and configuration documents in compliance with service methodology and\u00a0 deliverables.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Multi-legislation Management: <\/strong>Manage relationships with local integrators or create\u00a0 specific legislations within a multi-country context.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Tool Configuration & Data Migration: <\/strong>Configure the tool and manage end-to-end\u00a0 data migration\u2014from formatting to import (Master Data and Transactional Data)\u00a0 using Excel, Google Sheets, and ETL tools like N8N.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Reporting & Queries: <\/strong>Build SQL queries and generate reports via Crystal Reports and Power BI.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Development Oversight:<\/strong> Follow up on L4G developments in collaboration with a\u00a0 dedicated integration developer.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Testing & Training: <\/strong>Prepare and lead user training sessions and User Acceptance\u00a0 Testing (UAT).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Support: <\/strong>Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during testing phases and the\u00a0 go-live support period (Hypercare).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Change Management:<\/strong> Facilitate change management and ensure a smooth\u00a0 transition to the “Run” (Support) team.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a functional expert dedicated to Sage X3 entity integration, you are the guardian of the\u00a0 Core Model. You ensure that Sage best practices are applied to maintain a scalable and\u00a0 sustainable solution for the entire Group.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You are proactive and enjoy finding creative solutions to technical and functional constraints\u00a0 during deployments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a key point of contact for your projects, you ensure clear communication and alignment\u00a0 across all involved departments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u25cf Experience: <\/strong>6+ years of experience in project management involving Sage X3\u00a0 (Finance module) within an international environment.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
