The Marketing Project Manager Senior Leader is a high-impact strategic role designed to deliver elite marketing services with a focus on artist development. This leader will serve as a dual-focused strategist: driving sophisticated artistic development plans with a strong marketing skill while building powerful relationships with the artists and managers.

\nThe primary mandate is to navigate complex release cycles and budget achievement, ensuring the music reaches its maximum audience potential through a balance of creative innovation and commercial viability.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What will you do?\u00a0<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Strategic Project Management<\/strong>
    \nThis role demands a “big picture” strategist capable of translating artistic vision into market-leading results through disciplined project management. Design and execution – along with the digital marketing team – bespoke marketing and artistic strategies for the Artist Services roster, focusing on artist development and actionable results in terms of audience, streams and views.

  • Marketing Strategies & Digital Ecossystem<\/strong>
    \nResponsible for the 360 go to market of all the releases for the Artist Services roster, assuring the effective strategies on Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify are taking place to build and develop the artists.

  • Artist Relationship & Release Schedule Execution<\/strong>
    \nAct as the primary strategic partner for artists and managers, maintaining high-stakes relationships through transparent communication and shared objectives. Guarantee the operational delivery of the release schedule, coordinating it with managers and artists.
    \n\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • Analytical Insight<\/strong>
    \nUtilize deep-dive data analysis, monitoring audience growth, sales performance history, and campaign results to pivot strategies in real-time and maximize ROI. Analyze and report the results for marketing, content and media campaigns and translate it in high-level reports for Head of Artist Services.

  • Financial Mandate & Analysis Report Marketing budget<\/strong>
    \nDefine the marketing budget for each artist and project on the roaster, keeping traction of the investments with accuracy and organization
    \n\u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • Leadership and Team Management<\/strong>
    \nAs a Senior Leader you are responsible for cultivating a high-performance culture within the Digital Marketing (DM) team.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>

    • Mastery of data tools for DSP performance, social media growth, and sales trends.<\/p><\/li>

    • Sophisticated understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, and YouTube algorithms and promotional tools.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
