\nclient lifecycle, the role focuses on enhancing client value, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring a\u00a0
\nseamless experience. Through close collaboration with internal teams and client-first approach, the Client\u00a0

\nJob Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/u>
\nClient Management & Strategic Development \u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Serve as the dedicated Client Manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering a seamless and premium\u00a0
\nclient experience from initial engagement through to long-term partnership.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Drive additional revenue for Clients by implementing a lean forward approach, continually looking for\u00a0
\nways to ensure maximum value from the deal. \u00a0
\n\u2022 To continually strive to hit dedicated KPI\u2019s for Client Relations team, increasing value and satisfaction\u00a0
\nacross all deals. \u00a0
\n\u2022 Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining clear, proactive and tailored\u00a0
\ncommunication through regular emails, calls, and meetings.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Liaise with Operations for onboarding processes, ensuring clients are seamlessly integrated &\u00a0
\ncontinually updated throughout. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\u2022 Oversee the efficient handling of client queries, collaborating with internal business units to ensure\u00a0
\ntimely, accurate responses and resolution of issues. \u00a0
\n\u2022 Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, developing and refining strategies\u00a0
\naimed at maximizing their publishing revenue.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Proactively identify opportunities for clients to gain greater value from the services offered,\u00a0
\nleveraging available business tools and insights to assess client performance, uncover revenue, and\u00a0
\nrecommend tailored strategies.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Leverage business tools & insights to support client communication, delivering Quarterly Business\u00a0
\nReviews for a portfolio of clients.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Regular health-checks on client portfolio to ensure any issues our spotted & flagged accordingly. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\u2022 Serve as a trusted music publishing advisor for your portfolio of clients, offering tailored guidance on\u00a0
\nbest practices, effective copyright management and income maximization across sources.\u00a0
\n\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Client Experience Enablement \u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal business units (including Marketing, Copyright, Finance and Sync) to\u00a0
\nenhance client servicing, representing clients\u2019 evolving needs in the development of service delivery\u00a0
\nstandards and strategies.\u00a0
\n\u2022 To be the internal advocate for a client portfolio, ensuring key revenue sources are flagged &\u00a0
\nactioned. \u00a0
\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong internal & external relationships in order to maximize the value of the deal,\u00a0
\nensuring clients needs are met whilst balancing positive relationships with stakeholders. \u00a0
\n\u2022 Actively contribute to Client Services team meetings, helping to define clear actions, goals and\u00a0
\npriorities that drive impactful outcomes for managed clients and ensure a consistent, premium\u00a0
\nservice delivery.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Drive client engagement initiatives that promote education, retention, and long-term client\u00a0
\npartnership, collaborating with the Marketing department to deliver campaigns and events.\u00a0
\n\u2022 Leverage knowledge and understanding of clients to identify and share with the Global Sales team\u00a0
\nany cross-sell, upsell or downsell opportunities.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

. <\/strong>Demonstrable understanding of the different client profiles (songwriters, managers, labels, publishers, libraries, lawyers) and their unique needs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Microsoft Office Suite and other data tools is an advantage<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
