The position will also coordinate two regional resources, based in the US and APAC, to ensure global consistency while enabling local relevance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The role will contribute to embedding Believe\u2019s Driving Forces into everyday behaviors, supporting an inclusive and thriving workplace, and mobilizing Believers around engagement, wellbeing and purpose-driven initiatives.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br>\n<strong>Key Responsabilities&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Employee Listening &amp; Engagement \u2013 Your Voice\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lead and coordinate the global employee listening approach, including the Your Voice survey cycle, engagement insights and follow-up action planning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Driving the preparation, deployment and follow-up of Your Voice initiatives.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Analyzing engagement results, eNPS and key employee experience indicators.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Supporting HR teams and managers in translating insights into concrete action plans.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Monitoring action plan completion and impact over time.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Identifying trends and opportunities to improve employee experience and performance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Wellbeing, DEI &amp; Gender Equality<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Support the development of a trusted, inclusive and healthy work environment for all Believers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Coordinating global wellbeing initiatives, including Mental Health Academy and Eutelmed.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Supporting DEI and Gender Equality initiatives, including Women-focused programs.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Contributing to the activation of Believe\u2019s \u201cBe Fair &amp; Respectful\u201d principles.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Partnering with People teams to embed wellbeing and inclusion into the employee and manager experience.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tracking participation, impact and progress on key wellbeing and inclusion indicators.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Purpose, Volunteering &amp; Local Communities<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mobilize Believers around meaningful local impact and community engagement initiatives.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Coordinating Shaping Together initiatives and the Shapers for Good volunteer network.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Supporting local CSR and volunteering projects across key markets.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Encouraging employee participation in purpose-driven initiatives.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tracking volunteering participation, hours contributed, projects delivered and local impact.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Supporting internal storytelling to highlight Believers\u2019 contribution to local communities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Global Coordination &amp; Regional Activation<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ensure strong coordination, governance and execution across global and regional engagement initiatives.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><p>Coordinating two Regional Engagement Managers based in the Americas and APAC.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ensuring alignment between global priorities and local activation plans.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Creating a consistent governance, planning and reporting framework.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Supporting regional teams in adapting initiatives to their local context.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Consolidating progress, impact metrics and key updates for People Success leadership.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Partnering closely with HRDs, L&amp;D, Talent Management, Communications and local People teams.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Additional Scope\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The role may also contribute to initiatives connected to artists and the broader music ecosystem, depending on future scope confirmation.
