The<\/strong> Job<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

As a Contract Management Specialist<\/strong> within the Contract and Account Management (CAM) team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between legal integrity and commercial success. This is a central operations role based in India, offering a global footprint as you support multiple international Business Units.
\nYou will serve as a critical business partner to our Sales and Legal teams, ensuring seamless contract execution, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Reporting To:<\/strong> Head of Customer Finance and Legal Operations (Based in India)<\/li>
  • Location:<\/strong> India (Central Operations)<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
    \nContract Lifecycle & Workflow Management<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • End-to-End Validation:<\/strong> Review, validate, and electronically execute contracts, contractual annexes, and amendments for LAS and Artist Services.<\/li>
    • Risk & Compliance:<\/strong> Conduct rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, verifying producer data, legal entities, contractual terms, and required approvals.<\/li>
    • Strategic Advisory:<\/strong> Act as a dedicated business partner to Sales teams, providing high-level Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and ticketing support.<\/li>
    • Deviation Analysis:<\/strong> Analyze and process contractual deviations from standard clauses, escalating complex legal or financial risks when necessary.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Operational Excellence & Data Integrity<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      • SLA & KPI Optimization:<\/strong> Manage contractual workarounds while strictly adhering to SLAs, actively driving initiatives to reduce signature lead times and improve overall KPIs.<\/li>
      • Systems & Back-Office Governance:<\/strong> Oversee and maintain critical contractual data within back-office tools, including account configurations and royalty tool settings.<\/li>
      • First-Level Operability Analysis:<\/strong> Evaluate contract structures to guarantee the seamless execution of commercial and legal commitments.<\/li>
      • Special Projects:<\/strong> Lead and execute ad-hoc operational campaigns, including contract migrations, bulk amendment rollouts, data corrections, and new client onboardings.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>

        Qualifications<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Education & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        • Degree:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>
        • Industry Passion:<\/strong> A keen interest in the music industry, digital streaming platforms, and emerging entertainment technologies.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          Technical & Linguistic Proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          • Tools:<\/strong> Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools and back-office database management is highly preferred.<\/li>
          • English:<\/strong> Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory<\/strong>.<\/li>
          • French:<\/strong> Professional fluency in French is a strong advantage<\/strong> given our global footprint.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
