Job Description<\/strong><\/u>\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The\u00a0Editorial & Marketing Partnerships (EMP)<\/strong>\u00a0team is responsible for promoting the catalog of Believe\u2019s artists and labels to digital platforms such as\u00a0Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, and others.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This role focuses on keeping internal knowledge and resources clear, actionable, and always up to date, while supporting communications, training, and go-to-market coordination so local EMP teams can execute consistently.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Internal knowledge base & resource management<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • Organize and update the EMP internal knowledge base.<\/li>
  • Keep toolkits, playbooks, one-sheeters, case studies, and guides simple, practical, and updated.<\/li>
  • Support the reorganization and ongoing maintenance of hubs and shared repositories (including Drive\/central resource folders).<\/li>
  • Support creation of yearly guides and one-pagers with the Marketing Education Specialist.<\/li>
  • Liaise with Marketing to provide EMP resources and best practices into the internal knowledge base (for example on playlisting topics, DSP ecosystem, genre pitching, and \u201cwhat good looks like\u201d examples).<\/li>
  • Reinforce adoption of DSP tools and internal processes by making guidance easy to find and easy to apply.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Internal communications (DSP updates + weekly rhythm)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • Write regular internal updates on DSP tools, new features.<\/li>
    • Produce and send the weekly bulletin, and help run the weekly bulletin call with the EMP Director.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      Adoption, performance & productivity tracking<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      • Support the EMP Director in tracking adoption KPIs for tools, frameworks, and enablement initiatives.<\/li>
      • Help measure productivity impact of new processes and resources.<\/li>
      • Collect feedback and usage signals, and turn them into concrete improvements.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        EMP GTM coordination<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        • Help deploy locally the clear operational steps defined from central priorities (in partnership with local teams and stakeholders).<\/li>
        • Coordinate timelines, materials, and communication to support launches.<\/li>
        • Follow up post-launch to ensure adoption, quality of execution, and clarity of expectations.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          Training support<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          • Support onboarding of new EMP team members (materials, sessions, access to resources).<\/li>
          • Help build and deploy training paths.<\/li>
          • Support webinars, offsites organization and knowledge-sharing initiatives.<\/li>
          • Monitor participation and completion for mandatory training programs (tracking, reminders, follow-ups), and proactively chase local teams and managers to reach 100% participation.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Results Hub Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            • Review weekly entries and ensure correctness and comprehensiveness of results<\/li>
            • Maintain the index tables up to date and complete<\/li>
            • Maintain the FAQ and other resources documentation up to date<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>
