The<\/strong> Job<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1. Process Management & Planning<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Define, organize, and lead the statutory consolidation process in coordination with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Plan closing operations (schedule preparation, monitoring, alerts).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Prepare and distribute instructions to subsidiaries (calendars, key focus areas).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Draft and update group procedures and methodologies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Production of Consolidated Accounts (IFRS)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Ensure the production of the Group’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Manage the consolidation of Group accounts during monthly and annual closings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Calculate and monitor consolidation entries, specifically regarding external growth operations (M&A).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Supervise the intercompany reconciliation process.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Conduct methodical monthly reviews of transverse analyses (Working Capital, Cash Flow, Equity, Tax Proof, etc.). \u2022 Collaborate with and support the M&A and Corporate Development departments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. Audit & Internal Control<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Perform necessary controls to ensure data reliability and maintain a robust internal control environment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Serve as a primary point of contact for External Auditors.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You will be part of a French Indian team. This is a strategic, hands-on expert role within a lean team structure. You will manage 1-2 analysts but will be personally responsible for complex consolidation entries and IFRS analysis.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Must have<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Proven technical expertise in international consolidation & reporting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 An interest in information systems and in improving existing systems.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 At least 10-12 years’ experience in Group Consolidation (Corporate Center or Big 4 Audit).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Proven experience on HFM (Hyperion), SAP FC (BFC), OneStream, or Tagetik).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Experience in an international environment, i.e. regular interaction with entities around the globe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Strong ability to work cross-functionally: ability to listen, understand, coordinate, lead and adapt to your contacts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Ability to analyze and propose solutions with autonomy and thoroughness.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Working in fast-growing, agile environments, and you’re able to adapt and react quickly.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Good written and oral communication skills (you can lead meetings in English).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
