TH – AS Head of Marketing Expertise

The Job

Reporting to the Head of Artist Services, as the Marketing Senior Leader, you will build a forward-thinking marketing team. 

You should be able to craft complex, long-running, innovative, multi-territory creative campaigns. The ideal candidate is to have an ROI-driven approach understand the artist development, can build a long-term strategy in close partnership with the sales team (A&R and Marketing Project team). This position would be responsible for building Top charting artists in the country.

  • Marketing Expertise: Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor research.
  • Data analysis: analyze audience, sales, and performance history  
  • Strategy
    • Orchestrate Marketing team (Editorial and marketing Partnership, Digital Marketing Manager, and Video Manager) to build a creative & profitable marketing plan to develop the project successfully and to drive market share/consumption of digital services.
    • Work with Local, SEA, and Central Artist Success teams to develop marketing strategies to showcase Artist Services expertise and brand awareness.
    • Develop strong partnerships with DSPs in the country to increase marketing opportunities, thus increasing market share
  • Execution: execute marketing plan; handle day-to-day relationships with artists, management, and partners; manage audio & video distribution (and coordinate physical, if any) 
  • Mentoring: Lead, support and provide guidance and advice on the impact of marketing key results to Editorial & Marketing Partnership, Digital Marketing Manager, and Video team members

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing in B2B/B2C experience preferably in the artist/ music/ media landscape
  • Proven track record of developing artists in digital music using creative, innovative, and other marketing expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience managing and leading a Marketing Team with strong exposure to digital marketing, media buy, etc
  • Be a commercially orientated marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

TH (Isan) – Junior Video Channel Manager

The Job

  • Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.
  • Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution Team to analyse clients’ concerns to solve complex support problems by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports through JIRA.
  • Work closely with Head of Distribution and Regional Head of Video in order to improve client relationships and ensure the execution of the local strategy through the respect of internal process.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development.
  • Understand YouTube Ecosystems and capable of YouTube Analytics or YouTube CMS.
  • A team player with positive attitude, investigative mindset, clear communication, attention to detail skills.
  • Passionate about Music and all things Digital and social media
  • Fluent in English and local native language

The Job

Missions

  • Drive streams of an artist across his full catalogue, audio or video
  • Accelerate artists’ audience development to create a flywheel effect

You will do this through performing these to the highest of standards and effectiveness:

  • Data analysis: analyse audience, sales, and performances history
  • Strategy: build creative & profitable marketing plan to develop project successfully
  • Execution: execute marketing plan; handle day to day relationship with artist, management, and partners; manage audio & video distribution (and coordinate physical, if any)
  • Coordination: coordinates project with all teams internal and external (editorial & marketing partnerships, AS support, digital marketing, branding, etc)
  • Budget & Finance: manage marketing budget and P&L for each projec
  • Reporting & Performances: deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams

  • Excellent relationships, artist friendly
  • Very digital friendly: focus on online audience development and digital content strategy
  • Ability to build creative and innovative artist development campaigns
  • Data driven; ability to analyse and use data to optimize development  
  • Structured, organized, ability to follow process and monitor budgets
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
