As a Tech Lead your role will be to: 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of the platform ensuring it aligns with business objectives, it is fast, secure, and bring the best experience to our user. 

  • Manage developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather intranet requirements and define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. 

  • Develop and maintain the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, optimal performance. 

  • Oversee the implementation of intranet features and enhancements, including user interface design, content management, search functionality, and integrations with other systems. 

  • Monitor and analyze intranet usage and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements accordingly. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to intranet development and user experience. 

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the intranet with existing infrastructure, networks, and security systems. 

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support employee onboarding and effective utilization of the intranet platform. 

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a tech lead or senior developer in intranet or web development projects. 

  • Understand architecture stakes, interface with information system in the company 

  • Salesforce experience appreciated 

  • Experience in interaction with big data appreciated 

  • technical skills in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. 

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and intranet platforms 

  • Proficiency in database management and SQL. 

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, user experience design, and usability principles. 

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and security concepts is a plus.
