The Job

Reporting to the Managing Director – Operations & Finance, UK your role will span across both finance and operational (but not limited to) areas:

• Financial and Commercial Analysis
  1. Work with local and central Finance, to prepare monthly financial reviews combining business and financial analysis to present to MD & MDO
  2. Work closely with the business to track opex and labour cost spend against budget and forecast
  3. Lead on budgeting and reforecasting process for the UK – for the full P&L
  4. Work with GTM lead on Business Reviews for Artists
  5. Take complete ownership of the financial analysis of QBRs for AS and LAS business
  6. Assist Head of AS and Head of LAS in modelling new business activity
  7. Further the standardisation of ‘best practice’ processes and procedures, as well as internal controls across the region.
  8. Lead ad hoc operational projects that require analysis and data manipulation 
• Post Merger Integration and Financial Management
  1. Manage the operational and financial integration post deal
  2. Manage the JV’s finance operations as required
  3. Own monthly reporting on the financial results of the JV and present to leadership team
• Financial Accounting
  1. Manage 3 DRs – finance manager, AP/AR controller and royalties manager
  2. Lead the audit and be the first point of contact for External Auditors
  3. Have a good understanding of the month end process and act as holiday cover for the finance manager when required
  4. Build strong working relationships with the Central team  
• Other
  1. Lead on any group wide finance projects
  2. Facilitate local deployment of new finance tools and be super user for them
  3. Ensure compliance with local and group finance policies
