I joined Believe as a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) intern after two years of searching for a way to join this company that means so much to me. As a big fan of French rap, I’ve long admired Believe’s commitment, particularly through its Shaping Music for Good program.
Combining my two passions—music and the environment—within a single professional experience is a true privilege. I am extremely proud to have joined Believe, and the welcome I received far exceeded my expectations. I joined a motivated, inspiring, and caring team. Upon arrival, the company’s friendly and authentic atmosphere immediately struck me: everyone could be themselves, freely chat, and laugh with one another. Oscar Cheikh-Djavadi – Mediabuying Specialist Assistant

I’m an apprentice in the Media Buying team within the marketing division (MIT). Before joining Believe, I already had experience in the music industry as a PR Assistant and Brand Project Manager Assistant, which allowed me to explore this fascinating sector. From my first day at Believe, I was warmly welcomed. I quickly met the marketing and product teams, and everyone took the time to explain their roles to me. The atmosphere is truly friendly and collaborative, making the integration process smooth and enjoyable.
As a Media Buyer, I manage marketing campaigns for artists on platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and Spotify. It’s motivating to see the impact of our work on their visibility. A fun moment: during a seminar, we had a karaoke session with the whole team and even created our own song. This reflects the relaxed and creative vibe at Believe.
