Manage the schedule of all bookings, taking into account client preferences and availability of resources
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all details of the booking are confirmed and communicated in a timely manner
Prepare accurate and detailed reports on bookings, cancellations, and other relevant data
Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately according to company policy
Send promotional material to clients to promote artist live performances
Make sure that all travel arrangements are confirmed and all required documentation is provided
Communicate with travel suppliers such as airlines and hotels to ensure that reservations are being processed correctly
Handle client complaints in a tactful and efficient manner
Proven experience as a booking operation service or similar role in local record labels or talent booking agencies
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
College or undergraduate degree preferred.
Able to communicate in both Thai and English.

• Contribute to improving the most efficient tools and processes for booking
• Imagine and implement touring strategies (scheduling, priority targets, prices) with artists and their management
• Define the artistic directions of the shows
• Set up tours: prospect, negotiate, finalize the various contracts with programmers, broadcasters, concert halls
• Coordinate, manage the project overall and transmit information internally and externally
• Ensure daily relationships with the artist’s entourage
• Monitor tour budgets with the production team
• Search for new artists to enrich the roster
