Operations Strategic Senior Project Manager (H/F)

The Job

The Operations Strategic Senior Project manager will be reporting to the SVP Operations of Believe. 

She/he will address all internal & external stakeholders relationship gouvernance, OPS team culture & best practices & lead specific adhoc transversal OPS projects :  

1. Structure & deploy DSP (Digital Service Providers) relationships gouvernance between OPS leaders and each TOP DSP in coordination with Retail 

  • Support the DSP/OPS global gouvernance definition 

  • Work in strong collaboration with Retail and OPS Leaders to define the key topics to cover 

  • Extend the gouvernance to the sub Tunecore OPS leader as well 

  • Implement those instances with DSP (from preparation, animation & follow-up actions) 

2. Deploy OPS / Product / Tech gouvernance between OPS leaders and Product & Teach leaders 

  • Implement the Product/Ops/Tech gouvernance  

  • Represent OPS in any transversal topics/projects 

  • Collect & communicate a global Product roadmap impacting all OPS teams 

  • Collect & communicate a global Move to Cloud roadmap impacting all OPS teams 

 

3. Revisit & deploy OPS Steering Committee gouvernance between OPS leaders, Central stakeholder & the Regions leaders 

  • Produce with the support of OPS leaders the OPS Management Report 

  • Organize quarterly OPS Steering Committee with OPS leaders, Central stakeholders & Regional leaders 

  • Implement those instances with local teams (from preparation, animation and follow-up actions) 

 

4. Structure & deploy regional & local GM/GMO relationship gouvernance between OPS leaders and the Regions leaders 

  • Support the local/central GM/OPS global gouvernance definition 

  • Implement those instances with local teams (from preparation, animation and follow-up actions) 

 

5. Revisit & deploy other internal stakeholders (Central Sales, DCF, Legal, Retail) relationship gouvernance between OPS leaders and other department leaders 

  • Support the Central internal stakeholder / OPS global gouvernance definition 

  • Implement those instances with local teams (from preparation, animation and follow-up actions) 

 

6. Support the OPS culture & best practices 

  • Support the OPS Global Strategy 

  • Help the OPS leaders to revisit the current OPS KPIs 

  • Support the OPS policies definition & documentation 

  • Define OPS processes template & documentation 

  • Ops culture through OPS All Hands, OPS offsite 

 

7. Lead Strategic & Transversal OPS projects 

Some key projects will be assigned to the OPS Senior Project Manager. She/He will be responsible to lead these projects from scoping and framing until successful hypercare.  

8. Depending on the project phase, She/he will be responsible to prepare the following materials (non-exhaustive list): 

  • Functional conception documents (e.g.: process mapping, standard operating models) 

  • Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis) 

  • Data analysis 

  • Documentation 

  • Change management materials (communication or training supports) 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience with at least: 

  • Experience in a Strategic/Management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or media company 

  • Experience in a start-up/scale-up with reputation of getting things done. 

  • International experience 

The candidate will have: 

  • Strong analytical & synthesis skills 

  • Strong Systems and process thinking 

  • Strong relationship building qualities 

  • Strong skills on PowerPoint, Excel (experience on JIRA is a plus) 

  • The reputation of getting things done (very result oriented)

PMI Tech Project Manager (H/F)

The Job

We are looking for a PMI (Post Merger Integration) Tech Project Manager that will lead the Tech Integration strategy and operations in a fast-paced environment to deliver the best possible post M&E integration experience. PMI (Post Merger Integration) Tech Project Manager will develop and communicate the overall strategic vision for technology integration within the Office of the CTO, aligning with Believe’s corporate objectives and growth strategies. 

 

Attached to Tech Office Director, the PMI Tech Project Manager we are looking for will lead the Tech (incl. Corporate IT/workplace) integration of new subsidiaries and environments. This role involves a good understanding of Tech (inc. Corporate IT/workplace) issues and requirements as well as post M&A challenges and stakes. It requires one to quickly understand the stakeholders and adapt to the multi culture environment while updating the project sponsors. One of the main issues of this role is to understand and anticipate technical constraints of integration projects. This would involve planning, executing, and overseeing methodologies to ensure successful and on-time & on-budget delivery, define integration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for technology integration projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Tech integration strategy 

  • Prepare a “PMI white paper” or “blueprint” with checklist 

  • Oversee the PMI plan over the coming years (growth expectations) incl. Capacity Planning 

  • Provide leadership and coordination to cross-functional integration teams. 

  • Engage with stakeholders and implement change management strategies such as IT legacy organization optimization, quality uplift vs. Security guidelines, etc. 

  • Identify and realize financial synergies and operational efficiencies. 

  • Oversee the integration of technologies (checklist, gate, validation) 

  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure integration success and provide regular reports. 

  • Continuously improve integration processes and conduct post-integration audits & reviews. 

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management tools that support both methodologies. 

  • At least 10 years of proven experiences in Tech (or IT/Workplace) Project environment 

  • M&A environment understanding and/or experience 

  • Mandatory: Fluent in French and English (any other language is a plus)

Post-Merger Integration Project Manager (PMI)

The Job

DMC is the leading player in Turkish music industry and a strong firepower on Youtube provided by its channel Netd.

This is a major program involving numerous key stakeholders: DMC, Believe Turkey, Believe’s central teams (HR, Finance, Operations…), and the Believe Global PMI office in charge of orchestrating the project. The Global PMI manager needs a local PMI manager attached to DMC managerial team to be the liaison between DMC and Believe.

She/he will be responsible for helping DMC management and operational teams in carrying out tasks, in mobilizing the rights contacts within DMC to gather information and get things done.

She/he will be hierarchically attached to the Deputy General Manager of DMC group.

She/he will address the following tasks:

  • Work in strong collaboration with DMC management to help them research and formalize information
  • Support the global PMI team to understand DMC service offers and operating model
  • Participate in the existing situation assessments
  • Participate in the preparation of PMO documentation (steering committees, workshops) and analysis (service mapping, target operating model…)
  • Run workshops with DMC operational teams

She/he will ensure that all the projects are moving on the correct path by:

  • Understanding the priorities, operating needs, and responsibilities of the different work streams, and anticipate, plan, and solve for cross functional interdependencies
  • Coordinating local cross functional local teams (including Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.)
  • Focusing the program on the most critical tasks and align all stakeholders with the deal objectives
  • Partnering with workstreams throughout the duration of the integration by providing consul and monitoring deliverables and reporting on progress, issues, and escalating risks
  • Communicating goals and objectives to all local stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives

The Job

ROLE’S EXPECTATIONS:

KEY MISSIONS:

– Execute the integration program for the Finance function through:

o The set up of an integration plan for acquired entities, including all the process aspects, tools, and governance,

o The implementation, coordination and lead of this plan to ensure realization in proper qualitative standards.

– Support the subsidiary’s creation program for the Finance function on the areas they are responsible for.

As a TA Operations Manager in the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will oversee the daily operations of the talent acquisition (TA) function, ensuring the seamless execution of recruiting activities and processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment cycle through the management of systems, analytics, and compliance. Missions:

  • Operations Management: Lead the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, including workflow optimization, system administration, and process improvement. Work with HR ops team to maintain the playbooks and guides up to date. Oversee the implementation and utilization of our recruitment tools (ATS and CRM : SmartRecruiters, AssessFirst, others).   • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple talent acquisition projects, from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, across diverse regions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Senior Project Manager – Migration (H/F)

The Job

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to participate in the management of a flagship transformation program at BELIEVE. This program aims to migrate our data to the Cloud from our On Prem Data Centers. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving the Migration flow of the BeOdyssey program as a member of the program management team. 

 

Responsibilities and daily tasks:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other relevant parties, to provide updates on program status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that may impact the program’s objectives, and developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure that project teams have the necessary support to meet their objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the established standards and requirements.
  • Change Management: Managing changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget, and assessing the impact of those changes on the program’s overall objectives in collaboration with theChange Manager.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Tracking the progress of individual projects within the program, compiling status reports, and presenting updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing issues and conflicts that arise within the program or between project teams, and facilitating resolution through negotiation, mediation, or escalation as necessary.
  • Documentation Management: Maintaining program documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, to ensure that information is accurate and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management activities. 

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a program management role, preferably in technology or the music industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Mastery of project management and associated tools.
  • University degree in a relevant field, preferably in business management, computer science or a related discipline.
